The system will take you to a new Login page where you will see
Incorrect login/password. Try again
Click on Lost Password if you need to. This function accepts either your login name or your registered email address.
- After you log in, it all looks good, and tells you "You are being redirected to a secure area...". You can make a reservation... it remembers your name, but you still can't get to the [Members] areas.
Maybe you have a cache. A cache is a temporary storage area on your computer, or another computer that stores data.... like previously viewed web pages.
One user had this problem with Google Web Accelerator installed on his machine. (That is a web caching program.) Uninstalling Google Web Accelerator fixed the problem. (Web Accelerator can help if you use a dial-up connection, but doesn't seem to speed up DSL/Cable very much at all.)
Another caching possibility is that your company's server is caching web pages for you so you'll have faster web response. Unfortunately, this can cause the same symptoms. Talk to your IT department or try accessing our website from home.
- None of these suggestions work....
