Our October workshop was a success! We owe a great deal of gratitude to
Lyn Leffler, VP of Programming and members of her committee Sharon
Simmons, Art Atkinson, Jerry Drake, Leah Zachary. They all worked very
hard to make the workshop a big success. We also want to thank Francis
Tuttle Technology Center for sponsoring the workshop and all the speakers
for donating their time and expertise to help us learn and grow.
I am very excited about our November program. Come learn how INTEGRIS
Health built a coaching culture by using coaching (personalized learning)
to improve performance, increase morale, and develop and retain leaders.
Dr. Jason Jones will share his expertise and experience.
This presentation will show how building a coaching culture can develop
and improve your organization. This is a comprehensive coaching program
comprised of three levels of coaching including, 1) Coaching staff, 2)
Leadership Coaching, and 3) Executive coaching. In each of these areas,
coaching is used as a vehicle for personalized learning and development.
The presentation will provide proven principles for how to sell a coaching
program to company leaders and how to leverage other leaders to establish
the initiative!
Dr. Jones is currently an Organizational Development Consultant with
INTEGRIS Health. Over the past 3 years he has worked with INTEGRIS Health
leaders to build a coaching culture through a comprehensive coaching
initiative. Prior to INTEGRIS Health, Jason served as the president and
owner of CompuQuest Educational Services, LLC, and as a training and
development consultant with two other organizations. Jason earned a
doctorate in Psychology in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma and
focused his research on employee motivation and training outcomes on job
performance.
