Message for March by Vicki Camp
Good Afternoon!
Quick reminder: There will be no Central Oklahoma Chapter of ASTD member meeting in July! We will pick up again in August with a lunch meeting. When August gets closer we will send you more information.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
We are going to work on the vision for the chapter for the next several years.
Come be a part! We need your input! Remember, the best way to predict
the future, is to help plan it. (I don?t remember who said that. Today
I am borrowing it!)
What: Planning Our Future!
When: Saturday, July 8 at 9:00am until 11:30am
Where: Integris Learning Center, 5100 N. Brookline, Suite 875 (It is on
the north side of 50th street, just west of May avenue. It is a nine story
building.)

The Leadership Challenge Workshop with Deb Reisweber this month was
remarkable! This workshop was based on the work of James M. Kouzes and
Barry Z. Posner. Deb led us through various activities as we explored the
Five Leader Practices. Using the mnemonic MICEE (pronounced Mie Key); we
were able to remember all five! (Thanks, Deb!)

3. Challenge the Process
4. Enable Others to Act
5. Encourage the Heart
We also want to Thank Francis Tuttle Technology Center for hosting the
event and providing all participants with mugs stuffed with goodies!
