Description:

This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the Management Systems Coordinator. The work environment is a unionized, heavy industrial manufacturing plant. The position emphasizes needs assessment for all levels of employees and matching needs with appropriate resources. Resources may come from the plant, corporation and/or external sources. The position involves limited stand-up training.

Qualifications:
BS / BA degree and several years of industrial/manufacturing training and development experience.

Location:
Tulsa, Oklahoma

Compensation:
Anticipated base salary in the 50-55K range + incentive of approximately 25%.
