Ad Description: Chesapeake Energy Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist. This person will facilitate training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, self-study, and technology-based learning. Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to training content and methods as needed. Coordinate activities related to training program delivery (marketing events, scheduling facilities, enrolling participants, tracking enrollment etc). Candidate must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts with a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Also, must be a self-starter and motivated, with excellent organizational skills. Must be fluent in all Microsoft Office products and have a strong aptitude for technology. Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, communication, business or a related field required. Minimum 3 years experience in training and development required, including experience in curriculum design and classroom facilitation. Experience in development and delivery of technology-based training is advantageous. Previous experience in a HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or HR Compliance role is also beneficial.
