Membership-Individual (& Renewal) ($50.00)

COC-Annual Membership for an Individual using PayPal/Credit Card. Membership is valid for One Year from today. Please use this for Renewals, too.

Membership-Individual (& Renewal) Pay by Check (Special Pmt.)

Membership is $50/year. We prefer credit cards because it's automated, but if you pay by check (at a meeting or via mail) please fill out this membership form. Your access to member areas will be granted when the check clears.

Membership-Corporate (Special Pmt.)

Corporate Membership is for employee groups with 5 or more members. Yearly dues are $40 per person and paid by your employer (but free to the individual). Corporate Members may complete an online Membership Application, but your Membership will only become effective once corporate payment is received from your employer. Employers should contact vpfinance@astdokc.org to complete payment arrangements. Please use this for Renewals, too.

Membership-Student (Special Pmt.)

Student Memberships are for students enrolled in 9 or more hours of undergraduate courses, or 6 or more hours of graduate courses. Yearly dues are $25.00 with proof of enrollment. Students may complete an online Membership Application, but your membership will only become effective once proof of enrollment and payment are received. Please contact vpfinance@astdokc.org to provide proof of enrollment and complete payment.

No Charge. This is registration to receive general emails and postal mailings only. No Job Mailings will be sent. No Membership is included. This feature expires in one year. This option is only for non-members.
